Our grandparents, Doris and Bert Fink started the first Fink Family Delicatessen, they called it Tony’s in Pomona, California. They cooked all the meats and made the salads themselves, took It to their store front, and served up sandwiches until they ran out. The original Tony’s Deli was sold to a customer and is still serving the community in Pomona. Our dad, Steve, worked with his parents at their Anaheim location for nearly 20 years!
Steve opened Pasadena Sandwich Company, continuing the Fink Family legacy here in Pasadena. We still cook our meats in-house and make our salads fresh daily, just as our grandparents did in the 50’s. As a third generation Fink family deli, it is an honor and privilege to serve all of you in our community!
